- Porkies arrives 60 minutes prior to your eat time, with a fully cooked, completely in tact whole pig. Your Roast Master will display the pig for one full hour, then carves and pulls pork on site for the buffet service.
- All hot side dishes arrive in foil pans ready for buffet service
- All cold sides arrive on site in foil pans and then are moved to appropriate bowls for serving
